//Skrunkly// is an original character created by [[dev:StrangelyKai]], made for [[event:Ghost Jam 2023]]. It was made using all new assets.

The ghost includes a simple shell with multiple dress-ups with the primary focus of dialogue that lacks context or makes little sense.

==== Balloon ====
If the user is using the [[balloon:Spirit Detective]] balloon (Skrunkly's recommended balloon), then some dialogue will make use of Spirit Detective's different styled balloons.
==== Gestures ====
As of v1.5, to change Skrunkly's talk rate the user must use mouse gestures (unless accessibility mode is turned on)((If the user has accessibility mode turned on, they will be unable to use mouse gestures.)).

Mouse gestures are performed by right clicking the ghost, then dragging the mouse in various directions.

Skrunkly has 7 talk rate settings; 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 4 minutes, 5 minutes, and Off.
== Toggle Forwards and Backwards ==
To go forwards and backwards through the settings the user can gesture a clockwise circle (forwards) or a counterclockwise circle (backwards).

== Off ==
To quickly turn the talk rate to 'Off' the user can perform a mouse gesture, with the movements being either 'right,left,right,left' or 'left,right,left,right'. Both being a scribble out gesture.

==== Cookie Clicker ====
A random dialogue displays the text "cookie clicker 🍪".

If the "🍪" is clicked it will display a menu showing the user how many times the cookie has been clicked. The only other way to view this is through the Stats menu (see: Konami Code).
==== Techno Tribute ====
A random dialogue displays the text "Technoblade Never Dies."

If this text if clicked it will open a link to the Sarcoma Foundation of America site, on the [[https://www.curesarcoma.org/technoblade-tribute/|Technoblade Tribute page]].
==== Konami Code ====
While the ghost is in focus, if the user inputs the konami code((↑↑↓↓←→←→BA START)), with the ENTER key being substituted for 'start', a stats menu will be opened.

Here the user can view stats including:
  * Poking Skrunkly with [[ghost:Needle]]
  * Petting Skrunkly on the head
  * Holding Skrunkly's hands
  * Booping Skrunkly on the nose
and how many times the user has clicked the cookie in the cookie clicker dialogue.
