Vex uses a simple friendship system, named vibes, which will unlock a few lines of dialogue when the user has enough points. There is only one set of dialogues to unlock.

There are two ways of increasing vibes: 
  * Petting Vex
  * Poking Vex

Currently, there is no way to lose vibes, though there is code to do so.
