Pokemon Blue-Pearl is a Pokemon themed balloon that combines text boxes from two different generations of Pokemon games. The sakura's is themed after Pokemon Blue, while the kero's is themed after Pokemon Pearl.
The sakura's balloon uses the Pokemon GB font, while the Kero's balloon uses the Pokemon DPPt font.
Each balloon has two sizes; small and large.
