generic_ghost_installer is a tool that is used as an alternative way to distribute ghosts. Rather than distributing a nar file for each version of the ghost, the installer can download the latest version of the specified ghost, and even download and install the latest version of SSP if the user does not already have it installed.

By distributing ghosts this way, it is possible to count total downloads of the ghost more easily, and ensure that users always get the most recent version. Additionally, it may make it easier for new users to get started with ukagaka. It is also possible to customize the installer with an icon suited to the ghost.

Usage instructions are included on the GitHub page, in English, Japanese, and Chinese.
