Ghost Jam 2023 was the fifth ghost jam to be hosted by the Ukagaka Dream Team. It was the first ghost jam to provide a Japanese translation of the event rules. It also maintained the 72 hour challenge and New Assets Only challenge from the previous jam, as well as introducing a new theme: rain.
This ghost jam was the first to see SHIORI besides AYA and YAYA used, with one ghost using Satori and one using Kawari. There were also four different languages used, with one ghost written in Japanese, one in Russian and Belarusian, and the rest in English.
