StrangelyKai is an ukagaka developer that started in April of 2021. However, they had been aware of ukagakas as far back as 2019. In 2021, Kai joined the Ukagaka Dream Team Discord Server and begun development on their first ghost, Dante Hendrix.
In late December of 2021, Kai began development on Bowie Wilson who receives limited updates but is not considered abandoned, with Dante being abandoned only a year after development began. They have worked on several shells and balloons while continuing development on ghosts.
As of September 2023, Kai has received the Wiki Wizard role for making significant contributions to the wiki and helping push development with feedback and suggestions.
StrangelyKai has expressed an interest in continuing ghost development for years to come, wishing to push his limits and help keep the english ukagaka community alive, both with ghosts and maintaining the wiki.
