Papyrus is a ghost by Cuddlyhawk, of Papyrus from Undertale. He is a simple ghost that mainly has random dialogue, but also may be pet or punched.
He was made to be a companion for the sans (gr33nbeen) ghost, though they have no inter-ghost communication.
